I’m sure like many of you, I was raised on 80’s / 90’s soul and R&B so you can imagine my excitement when I heard that R&B and soul legend Joyce Sims had new music coming our way! With the release of her amazing cover of Bobby Caldwell’s ‘What You Won’t Do for Love’
What I think is so brilliant about this latest release is that Joyce has taken such a timeless classic of a song andis bringing it right back into the public consciousness giving it a modern day 2022 take all while being able to capture the emotional essence of the original song whilst also making it an dico-esque feel good single.

I’m sure many of you are familiar with Joyce’s work. She had hit singles in the 1980’s with You Are My (All and All) and Come Into My Life. It’s clear from this latest release that Joyce’s musical talent and gifted vocal ability is something that has never faded over the years and her flair for making hits just keeps giving.
